Terms and Conditions
These terms cover how you may use the OnTrack Auto Glass website, plus plainly worded service terms on scheduling, what we need in order to work on your vehicle, and what the workmanship warranty does and does not include.

Section One
By accessing and using this website, you accept and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of them, please do not use the site.
These terms apply to the website itself. Booking work with us also brings in the service terms further down this page, which cover scheduling, vehicle access and the workmanship warranty on installation. Nothing here replaces what you agree with us directly on a specific job.
Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials on this website for personal, non commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:
This license ends automatically if you breach any of these restrictions, and it may be ended by us at any time. When it ends, you should destroy any downloaded materials in your possession, whether in electronic or printed form.
Section Two
The materials on this website are provided on an as is basis.
We make no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaim and negate all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.
We also make no warranty about the accuracy, likely results or reliability of the use of the materials on this site or on any site linked from it. This disclaimer is about the information published here. It is separate from the workmanship warranty on installation work, which is set out further down this page and which we stand behind.
In no event shall OnTrack Auto Glass or its suppliers be liable for any damages, including without limitation damages for loss of data or profit, or arising from business interruption, resulting from the use or the inability to use the materials on this website, even if we or an authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.
Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties, or limitations of liability for consequential or incidental damages. Where that is the case, these limitations may not apply to you in full.
Section Three
The materials appearing on this website may include technical, typographical or photographic errors.
We do not warrant that any of the materials on this site are accurate, complete or current, and we may change them at any time without notice. We do not commit to keeping every page updated the moment something changes.
This matters most around numbers. Any timings, coverage examples or general pricing guidance published here are exactly that, general. Windshields vary by trim, options and sensor package, and insurance coverage varies by policy. The quote we give you over the phone for your specific vehicle is the one that applies, not an estimate you read on a page.
This website may contain links to other sites that we do not own or control. We have not reviewed all of them, and we are not responsible for the contents of any linked site. Including a link does not imply that we endorse the site or anything on it. If you follow a link away from here, you do so at your own risk and the other site's own terms and privacy practices take over.
Section Four
Everything above concerns the website. This part concerns the actual work, and it is the part most people want in writing.
Appointments are booked as windows rather than exact minutes, because traffic on the I-10, weather and the job before yours all move. We call ahead before we set out, and if a window has to shift we tell you rather than leaving you waiting on a driveway. If you need to reschedule, give us as much notice as you reasonably can so somebody else can take the slot.
Mobile service is free across our service area, and it needs a few practical things to go ahead safely: a level place to park, enough clearance to open both front doors fully, and access to the vehicle at the agreed time. Gated communities, secured job sites and parking structures need access arranged in advance. Extreme heat, rain, high wind or blowing dust can make a sound installation impossible, and in those conditions we will reschedule rather than risk the bond.
After a windshield replacement we will tell you how long to leave the vehicle before driving it. That figure is not padding and it is not a suggestion. It is the time the urethane needs to reach enough strength to hold the glass under load, which matters because the windshield is part of what supports the roof and backs the passenger airbag. Driving before then is the one thing that can undo an otherwise good install.
Our installation work carries a limited lifetime workmanship warranty for as long as you own the vehicle. It covers problems that trace back to how we set the glass, such as a water leak, a wind noise or a trim fitment issue, and we return to put those right at no charge. It does not cover new impact damage, collision damage, damage caused by other work done on the vehicle afterwards, or issues arising from rust or body damage that was already present around the opening. Ask us before you book and we will tell you exactly where the line falls on your vehicle.
Section Five
We may revise these terms of service at any time without notice. By using this website you agree to be bound by the version of these terms that is current at the time you use it.
If we make a change that meaningfully affects what you agreed to, we will make that visible on the page rather than quietly swapping a sentence. Checking back occasionally is worth doing if the terms matter to you.
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arizona, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that state. We are based in Buckeye, we work in Maricopa County, and any dispute belongs where the work happens.
If anything on this page is unclear, ask us before you book rather than after. We would far rather spend five minutes explaining a warranty boundary than have a customer discover it later.

Still Have Questions
If anything here is unclear, or you want to know exactly what is covered before you book, call the shop. We will walk you through it in normal language and tell you where the line falls on your vehicle.
